Yogi Flow is a form of modern yoga designed for children & teens specifically. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and may include age appropriate games, animal sounds and creative names for poses. Yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance and classroom behaviour, and can even reduce anxiety and stress.
*This class can be paid once-off or over 3 or 12 months
